My works are solely and fully handmade, based on the best yarns and best italian linens and clothes; they are rooted in tradition although they are critically remade: it is just this mixture to make one different from the other and look definitely versatile and updated: past and present are perfectly together resulting in harmony and uniqueness. White spaces, transparencies, a classically evergreen design or in alternative coloured decorations - somehow fairy or nature friendly - intended to disclose a new approach to details. They are destined for whoever is attentive and ready to enjoy a finely made detail, to appreciate "all shapes of beauty" and to value "these works of art". My passion comes from a deeply cultural need, from my determination to get back to particularly, simply and purely colour games, combinations of fabrics and yarns, well selected and first-rate types of linen as well as my wish to protect so rich craftsmanship which cannot get lost: a skilful tradition of hand wrought products.In order to make it come true, I need great love, time, passion and zeal. Sometimes these works like curtains, towels and tablecloths.... seem to remind us of real stories; by now there are so few craftsmen and I am happy to do what I naturally feel.I turn to whoever loves beauty and precious things which are the fruit of pure handiwork, whoever intends to approach, to appreciate, to value to protect and to make use of them within a new dimension. I feel confident about getting in touch with sensitive interlocutors ready to recognize the real value of embroidery.
